- Small plastic toys that go around and scream incessantly - "Panic in the village" sounds like kids movie from hell. Really too bad it's not, but this film, based on a Belgian TV series, is a strange product, imaginative and funny picture wise but with a soundtrack that can bring dead, or get an adult to wish that he were among them....
